While it had been our hope to meet with all of you in person in Norfolk this June, after careful consideration, the SIVB has decided that we will be transitioning the 2021 In Vitro Biology Meeting to a virtual program. While we are sad to make this decision, it is out of concern for the health, safety, and well-being of our members, meeting participants, vendors, and staff, that we are canceling the in-person gathering planned for Norfolk, Virginia and holding this year’s program online.
It is our pleasure to introduce you to the NEW In Vitro Biology Meeting – SIVB 2021: In Vitro OnLine!
SIVB 2021: In Vitro OnLine will be All Digital: research and networking at your fingertips and all in REAL TIME! Running from June 5-9, 2021, we are expanding on last year’s virtual experience by including more opportunities for networking and personal interactions and are working to be able to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience including an exceptional scientific program exploring the core principles and recent innovations in in vitro plant and animal research offering timely perspectives on biotechnology, genome editing, infectious disease, and more! And don’t be concerned that you won’t be able to watch everything right away. Scientific content will also be made available on-demand so you won’t have to miss any presentations you want to see.

We hope you will make your plans to attend this year’s digital program addressing the latest scientific discoveries, share your research through abstract submission, take advantage of the numerous special incentives available to students to enhance their professional growth, and find the mentor or guide who can encourage your future research…all from the safety of your home, lab or office!
