We are delighted to host the 27th Congress of the European Society of Biomechanics in Porto, Portugal in June 2022. Porto is an emerging city, with a cool mix of tradition and modern, with long tradition in biomechanics and focus on innovation and start-up initiatives.
The ESB 2022 congress will include traditional ESB sessions and activities, togeather with new ideas. The main theme of the congress is “Biomechanics: Innovation, technology and societal impact” and will be reflected in different workshops and activities of the Entrepreneurship and innovation forum.
The congress programme will include keynote lectures, perspective talks, podium presentations and poster presenations, awards sessions and pre-courses. Student and mentoring activities will represent an important part of the congress.
Last but not least, there will be plenty of networking opportunitites during the congress in the company of old and new friends and colleagues, great food and excellent Port wine!
We look forward to seeing all of you in beautiful city of Porto after a long period of online events!
