The International Society of Cardiovascular Ultrasound is proud to announce XXVII World Congress of Echocardiography and Allied Techniques (WCE), to be held in Adelaide, Australia from May 6-8, 2022.
On behalf of the local organising committee it is my pleasure to invite you to Adelaide for the 27th WCE – the first time that this congress has been held in Australia. This congress represents a unique opportunity to see and present the latest findings in echocardiography research and clinical practice. This will include discussion and interaction with research and clinical colleagues and a distinguished faculty from across the world. This hybrid meeting will bring together the leaders as well as up and coming future leaders in one place.
On site delegates will have the chance to experience Adelaide, a cosmopolitan capital city, situated on the River Torrens which is home to one of the largest health and medical research precincts in the Southern Hemisphere. Adelaide lies in close proximity to pristine metropolitan beaches and within excess of 200 cellar doors on its doorstep, Adelaide is the wine capital of Australia – and one of the nine Great Wine Capitals of the World. The state of South Australia is famous for its incredible national parks, wildlife reserves, stunning natural scenery and its outstanding wine, food and arts culture.
