ELMIS INTERNATIONAL SPECIAL EDUCATION CONFERENCE with the main topic of “Effective Inclusion in Special Education, Management and Leadership: The Present and Future of Special Education” will be held in 25-27 September in Kyrenia Acapulco Hotel Resort & Convention & Spa Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The conference is organising by Cyprus International University (CIU). ELMIS 2019 provides an ideal academic platform for researchers to present the latest research findings and describe emerging technologies and methods in Special Education.
