Dear colleagues,
The Covid-19 virus pandemic is still very much part of our lives, impacting and hurting many. There is also now hope with vaccination programs arriving. Every additional month means that more people can travel, more restrictions are lifted, and life might slowly return to a new “normal”.
This has led us to take the decision to postpone the EHS-AHS Joint Congress 2021, Hernia2021, which was to be held May 26 – 29, 2021 in Copenhagen and Malmö (pre-courses).
The new dates are October 13 – 16 (Wed-Sat), 2021
Reserve the dates for 2021 when the European Hernia Society and the Americas Hernia Society will join forces once again.
HERNIA 2021 – will be held in Copenhagen and the pre-congress courses October 11-12, 2021 just across the bridge in Malmö.
This state-of-the-art congress will bring together a diverse group of young talents, experts, surgeons and companies involved in hernia surgery. Our goal is to bridge high quality evidence with clinical practice. At the congress, you will benefit from high-level scientific presentations, knowledge sharing and networking opportunities. The scientific programme will include keynote lectures, hot hernia topics, pros and cons sessions, free paper sessions, video sessions, industry symposia and posters supported by lots of discussion and interaction.
The congress will be in the top rated facilities within short distance to the airport and the city centre.
