INVITATION

The program is designed as a two-day symposium. The course on the essentials of clinical genomics on the first day in the morning will provide a strong foundation for practicing physicians to help understand the evolving role of clinical molecular testing. There will be an oral/poster abstract presentation session, followed by an expert panel discussion on the first day afternoon to provide a platform for young physicians in training and all academic and practicing physicians to present and discuss their research work and clinical experience. The plenary session, in a didactic and interactive format, will review the clinical guidelines, address the controversies and bring fresh insight to the molecular and genomic theranostics.
Miami Thyroid Oncology Symposium is organized by the Miami Cancer Research Center. Miami Cancer Research Center (MCRC) is a scientific and charitable organization that performs and supports cancer research, organizes educational events and provides support for cancer care at institutional and individual levels. The mission of the MCRC is to take part in the global fight against cancer through research, education and patient care support.
Dade County Medical Association (DCMA) is accredited by the Accrediation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. DCMA designates this educational activity for a maximum 0f 16 AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Please note that CME’s will be awarded from DCMA.
