The 15. Biennial International Mesothelioma Interest Meeting-iMig 2020

Dear Colleagues,

After careful consideration, we have made the very difficult decision to pivot iMig2021 to a virtual setting. Although we were very much looking forward to welcoming you to Brisbane, asking you all to travel to Australia and attend in person in March was just too soon. We felt with all of the uncertainty, this would be the most responsible route for iMig and all of its stakeholders. The health and safety of all of you and the entire iMig community is of the utmost importance and is what drove our decision at this time.

We are now very excited to announce iMig2021 will be virtual and the new dates are May 7 – 9, 2021 so please, save the dates! In the coming weeks and months, we will be working hard to build you an engaging virtual program as well as provide updates on registration and a new late-breaking abstract submission period.

While we won’t get to meet in person, we look forward to providing a virtual experience that is accessible worldwide and to enable attendees to access the latest research in mesothelioma through a new format.

In the coming weeks, we will be contacting our speakers, sponsors and registered delegates to help with a smooth transition to the virtual meeting.
