1. International Izmir University of Economics Health Sciences Congress-IUEHSC 2025

The Izmir University of Economics Health Sciences Congress will be hosted by Izmir University of Economics between 24-26 April 2025. This year's congress will focus on the theme of 'Health Education Models'.

The primary objective of our congress is to facilitate a collaborative environment where we gain insights from one another by exploring the effectiveness of diverse educational approaches in health education within interdisciplinary and cross-cultural educational institutions.

The scientific programme of our congress will comprise conferences, presentations of current studies, and an ideathon. The latter will provide an opportunity for us to brainstorm and share information in producing innovative ideas and feasible solutions together.

Improving the competences and visions of trainers in the field of health while grasping current approaches about health education are planned to be the most important outputs of the meeting.

Based on this output, our objective at the conclusion of the meeting is to establish benchmarks that ensure the knowledge and skills of future health professionals are internationally recognisable and developable. One of the key topics planned for discussion at the congress is the examination of the current role and future potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in a range of areas, including health education. As AI becomes increasingly integrated into our lives, it is important to consider how it can best support us into the future. We value your contributions to this discussion, and we encourage you to share your insights and experiences on this topic.

The meeting will also address the advantages and disadvantages of different international models for health education. By analysing current practices, educational models can be identified that will enable us to respond to changing and developing health practices.

We are delighted to inform you that, in addition to the comprehensive scientific programme at our congress, we will also have a diverse and engaging social programme. This will provide an opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and create lasting memories.
