In an era where digital transformation is accelerating, artificial intelligence is reshaping every aspect of life, and data has become a strategic asset, the importance of international platforms that bring together scientific knowledge and technological innovation continues to grow.

The 3rd International Congress on Data Science and Information Technologies (INFTEC'26), which will be organized for the third time this year, will be held in a hybrid format (both in-person and online) on 22–24 October 2026 in Nicosia, the capital of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, under the auspices of Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University and hosted in collaboration with Near East University.

INFTEC'26 aims to bring together academics, researchers, public institutions, industry representatives, and technology entrepreneurs working in the fields of artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, big data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, digital transformation, smart systems, and emerging technologies.

Beyond being a venue for the presentation of scientific research, the congress serves as a strategic platform that fosters strong collaborations among academia, public institutions, and industry, promotes international research networks, and contributes to shaping the future technology ecosystem.
