INVITATION

It is a great pleasure for the organizing committee to invite delegates and faculty to the annual Congress of the South African Society of Maxillo Facial and Oral Surgeons, and to Cape Town.
This Congress will be held in conjunction with the British Association of Oral Maxillo Facial Surgeons, Australia New Zealand Association of Oral Maxillo Facial Surgeons, and the African division of the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologists.
There are six precongress events. These will be held from 21 to 23 October 2019 and are: -
1. A cadaver course on head and neck surgery and free flaps. This is endorsed by the IAOMS as a SIGN course.
2. A facial aesthetics cadaver course.
3. Three dental implant workshops
The main congress will be held from 24 to 26 October 2019 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. The Oral Maxillo Facial Surgery, and Oral Maxillo Facial Pathology and Oral Medicine sessions will run concurrently. All lectures will be open to delegates registered for a full congress.
