Dear colleagues,
It is our pleasure to invite you to the Argentine Congress of Gastroenterology and Digestive Endoscopy to be held in the city of Mendoza on September 11, 12 and 13, 2019.
The Argentinean Federation of Gastroenterology (FAGE) and the Argentinean Federation of Digestive Endoscopy Associations (FAAED) are organizing the Congress jointly. Both associations are developing an integrated scientific program that focuses on daily practice ("Together, towards the summit"). In addition to unifying the panel sessions, we will incorporate a segment of ‘blended’ sessions (a new Mendoza bi-varietal: Gastro-Endo). There, we will develop topics based on clinical cases and create a space for updating issues related to patient safety, quality of medical care and risk management, among others. For this, we have distinguished national and international reference speakers.
Mendoza is the Argentine province famous for its wine industry. The beautiful landscape includes the Aconcagua summit, the highest peak in the Americas. It is part of the prestigious global network of ‘Great Wine Capitals’ and is recognized as one of the main viticulture tourist attractions in the world along with regions such as Bordeaux, La Rioja, Napa Valley, Casablanca and Verona, among others.
