International Congress on Health Law

Medicine and law have been two important notions throughout human history. While one is working towards the physical well being of the people, the other is considered indispensable in terms of social order. Today, as the consciousness of human health is increasing seriously, health workers, health methods and tools are improving too. Parallel to these developments, problems arising between health care providers, doctors, physicians and those receiving health services can turn into legal disputes. Health law that became important at this point has been an area where attempts have been made to resolve some of the conflicts from the beginning of the birth to the end of the death.Malpractices, violence against doctors and other health care workers, forensic medicine, forensic dentistry, pharmaceutics and case laws on health law will be topics that will be handled in 1st International Health Law Congress.

The 1st International Congress on Health Law organised by E-Journal of Law, Kocaeli University and Marconi University will be held on December 14-16 in Kocaeli/Turkey. The Congress will host academics, doctors, dentists, lawyers and other practitioners from about 10 different countries.

The work to be sent to the congress can be realized as oral presentation, poster presentation and virtual presentation.
