The world that we live in is changing and the concept of natural cosmetics today encompasses so much more than it did even in the recent past. The conference programme has been designed to consider these changes and the challenges that we are all facing.
This year we have taken a step back in order to look at the bigger picture. We will be discussing the sustainability of our industry’s major feedstocks and how we can ensure transparency and traceability of our supply chains. For the first time we will take a look at cosmetics packaging and investigate different options for improving sustainability in this crucial area.
The conference programme for 2019 will also include presentation from different certification bodies plus information and advise on the ISO Natural Standard. In addition, we will look at some of the formulation challenges we face in the green arena and hear from those experienced in the market already.
For the first time this year we are thrilled to include a new session called “showcasing young talent”. This will provide an opportunity for up and coming cosmetic scientists to present their work to a broader audience.
