Dear colleagues,
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to come to Montreal, Canada, for the 5th SEUD congress ( Society of Endometriosis and Uterine Disorders) which will be held May 16-18 2019. This is the first time that SEUD will come to North America, and we thank the SEUD Board members for their vision of a growing and vibrant international gynecologic society.
Indeed the attendance at each meeting has been steadily growing, and we hope to top this yet again in beautiful Montreal. The main theme of next year’s meeting “Abnormal uterine bleeding and fibroids: from bench to bedside” reflects the very common issues gynecologists as well as general practicioners are faced with every day. Endometriosis and adenomyosis will also be at the forefront of this scientific program which will also feature debates, live surgical retransmissions, national symposia and sponsored symposia, free communications, posters and attractive pre-congress courses. Science is always evolving, new fundamental pathways are discovered, new imaging techniques to help make the most accurate diagnosis, new or revisited medical and surgical treatments; but most importantly, our goal is to put all of this together to offer a comprehensive program providing new knowledge, take home messages, tips and tricks, all for the better care of your patients.
Montreal is a perfect location for the first meeting in North America, being the largest city in the province of Quebec, a dynamic multicultural city with both French and English languages spoken. The venue is Hotel Bonaventure, in the heart of the city, close to the Old Montreal with a definite european feel. With the congress meeting facilities being within the hotel, this proximity is not only convenient but will also facilitate exchanges between participants.
We therefore look forward to see you at the 5th SEUD meeting in Montreal, May 16-18 2019 and enjoy some unforgettable moments together!
