The European Society of Veterinary Ophthalmolog Meeting-ESVO 2019

Dear Delegates,

We would like to invite you all to Dublin, Ireland to join the European Society of Veterinary Ophthalmology for its annual meeting, from October 3-6th 2019.

The chosen topic for this year’s conference is ‘Updates in Veterinary Ophthalmic Surgery’ and the ESVO is delighted to have two exciting and knowledgeable speakers. Dr Marta Leiva, a Veterinary Ophthalmologist from the University of Barcelona, Spain and Dr John Sapienza a Veterinary Ophthalmologist from New York, USA. Also Prof Claudio Peruccio a Veterinary Ophthalmologist from Torino, Italy will present the workshop on Interferometry.

As always the style of presentation of ESVO conferences is aimed at the veterinary ophthalmic practitioner with the emphasis on practical presentations giving knowledge which can be taken back into everyday practice. This year the conference workshop will be "Interferometry and Meibography". We are delighted that Prof Claudio Peruccio will present the workshop and must thank SBM Sistemi for the role they have played in making this workshop possible.

The conference venue in is the beautiful coastal town of Dun Laoghaire, ten kilometres outside Dublin City. The hotel overlooks the harbour of Dún Laoghaire as it faces out across Dublin bay. The hotel is linked to and from Dublin airport by a bus which goes directly from the airport to Dún Laoghaire, hourly, stopping just opposite the hotel. There are also easy connections directly into the city centre.
